The service attendant, Tim, greeted me immediately when I arrived. He was gracious and friendly. He checked me in and directed me to the waiting room. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and a donut while waiting. After about an hour, he notified me that the Enclave was ready just as he had estimated. He checked me out and directed me to my vehicle. The service facility was clean and relaxing. It was a pleasant experience.

I had made a mistake and set the appointment at the wrong dealership (the automated answering service did not identify the dealership upon answering my call). When I arrived at Serra Buick, they (of course) did not have my appointment. However, they were able to fit us in and have the repairs done the same day. I especially appreciated the assessment video that was sent to me so I could see the issues along with the recommended service. It added a lot of credibility to the service technician.

Dealership performed fine. I am NOT happy that GM uses such substandard junk products for the battery that is installed in my vehicle, 2022 Buick Envision. This vehicles battery has been replaced 3 times now and I am being told by the service dept at the dealer the following: If the vehicle is not driven frequently (several miles per day) there is chance the battery may not charge itself causing the vehicle to be dead the next day when you go to start it. Why is such a junky battery installed in your vehicles that would cause this issue?

Well went there with an issue that was intermittent heat would go hot and cold I explained the issue and Jacob was very patiented with my lack of understanding my vehicle and showed me things I didn't know but still he took the car kept it for a few days testing it but it would do it but did say that module needed updating and that maybe that was cause , I've had the car back and haven't had issue show up so Thank you and I appreciate Jacob patience and advice.

The Oil change went fine as usual. When I paid my bill Justin informed me that the Tech advised that my vehicle has a HIGH PRESSURE POWER STEERING UNIT LEAKING. The cost would be $1,250 to repair and to let him know if he should order parts. I had my vehicle checked by 2 other reputable repair facilities and they FOUND NO LEAKS AT ALL. All that was visible was a little bit of Oil drip from the oil change. Will no longer have any repairs done by Serra before checking out.

I had a slow leak which got plugged. I bought the tires at the dealership 1 year ago. I always used to get my tires at Belle Tire and all fixes to tires are free to customers so I expected the same at the dealership but it cost $27 and I lost the use of my car for the entire day. A bit disappointing compared to Belle Tire.

Good experience this visit. The last few I’ve not been impressed with the service but this time I was greeted promptly by a new service rep David ( in training) and he was the most pleasant I’ve dealt with in many visits. I messed up my service date and my appt was actually the day before but they said they would “squeeze “ me in. Actually they did my service in almost the same amount of time as they usually do!

I was told that my 2 year old (2023 GMC Acadia) with 40,000 miles, had a radiator leak. It did not. I was told that the reason I could not see a puddle of coolant under my vehicle was because the coolant was burning off before it could accumulate. I never smelled any burnt coolant (trust me I know what burnt coolant smells like). This type of unethical service behavior is deplorable. Surprisingly, this came exactly 4,000 miles after my vehicle is out of bumper-to-bumper warranty. This will be the LAST TIME I will ever do business with Serra Buick GMC Cadillac. I am also notifying my family and friends regarding this service incident and asking them to steer clear of this dealership.

I brought my truck in on Monday at 7:30 AM and you didn’t even look at it until Thursday. You had to check about the warranty. You didn’t order the parts until Friday. Then, didn’t work on it until Tuesday. It was a transmission repair. Oil change and plugging a tire didn’t happen until late on Tuesday. I was fortunate to be able to borrow a car saving on a rental car. If you’re gonna keep a car that long, you gotta provide a car to your customers beyond that the service provided seem to be great. Everything’s working good. truck is running pretty smoothly.

Sara did not initially help me when I arrived. She was unavailable and a different advisor assisted me. I found the experience very frustrating. My new vehicle oil change certificate was expired by one week and the dealer nor GM would honor it. I was told, "if you purchased the vehicle here it would probably be honored, but you didnt". I recently leased a new pick- up from Serra and need another vehicle in December or January of this year. I am now not sure if I will use Serra for this vehicle after this experience. Monica always takes great care of me and my family, and I have purchased many vehicles from her, but this experience was not positive.

Great experience! Everyone and everything were SO efficient and friendly. I was brought inside the garage immediately upon arrival, and was taken care of by the staff within minutes. While I was quoted for everything that I might need during my 52,000 mile maintenance, several things were just not needed and were removed from the quote. I was impressed and pleased with the honesty and the reduction of cost from my original quote. i was also impressed by the video from the mechanic, showing and explaining everything that was going on underneath my car! All in all, a VERY positive experience!
